SHIPPING

Shipping prices are always determined as follows:

Each product has a weight associated to it that accounts for the product itself plus the packaging materials needed.
The price is determined based on the total weight of the order and depending on its destination. What you pay will be the value charged by the post services + 4€ (value of packing materials).

The shipping prices might be inflated when you make a bigger order (4+ pieces). I will always refund any over charged value.

There are four price categories based on location: Portugal, Europe, USA, World

Expected duration for parcels to get to you are:
The Netherlands: 2 - 5 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
USA and World: 10-20 business days

This are reference values, counted from the day you purchase an item, including the time I need to prepare the packaging and documents for shipping.

Please note that occasionally, orders might take longer to reach you, depending on the circumstances.

In case the package is returned after a failed delivery or because of not being picked up on time, it will be sent again after a new payment of the shipping costs.

In some countries, there might be taxes or customs charges on items shipped from abroad. Please note that you might have to pay these custom fees upon receiving your parcel.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the items shipped to you don’t correspond with the items you ordered.

In the case of an item being missing or broken in transit, it is possible to arrange for a refund or to send a new package, though this should happen very rarely and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

OBJECTS

Please keep in mind that all of my the pieces are made by hand and with natural materials. For that reason, despite every listed item being made with the same materials and the same process, textures and colors may vary from the photographs presented in the listings.

SHOP

There is no timeline to the shop openings. The shop is updated from time to time when I collect enough work for that purpose. The best way to keep yourself informed about the shop updated is trough instagram.
